The Prym ingeniously designed retractable tape measure is easy and comfortable to hold.
Crucially it is designed specifically to lay flat once out of the casing for ease of use when marking fabrics or patterns.
Created by Prym for sewing applications it won the Red Dot design award for solving the age-old problem of tape measures falling or rolling while in use for marking out fabrics and the like.

The white 0.3 mm thick tape can be printed with a scale in centimetres or cm/inch scale depending on the model and has a length of 150 cm/60 inches.
The tape is always smooth on the surface and a retention mechanism holds the tape measure while working in the desired position.
