Upholstery Sewing Thread is essentially a 36s Polycore weight but is often referred to as Upholstery Thread or Upholsterers Thread.
Being stronger and thicker than a 'standard' thread, it is ideal for use on heavier weight applications and high stress seams including; general heavy sewing through to deep buttoning and even decorative topstitch.
With the extra weight in mind a different needle will be required - we recommend a Schmetz Jeans Needle.
Colour Matching
Available in 50 shades.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the colours on the shade card, due to the limitations in reproducing colours on various monitors and settings there may be variation.
For a completely accurate match Contact Us and we can either send you a thread sample or match to your fabric.
Recommended Sewing Needle
For stitching 36s Polycore we would suggest a Jeans Machine Sewing Needle.
